The location was perfect, just a short distance from popular points of interest such as Birmingham Back to Backs and the Hippodrome Theatre. the free private parking and gated property provided a sense of security and convenience. The house itself was modern and spacious, with 3 bathrooms equipped with both a bath and a shower. the kitchen had all the amenities we needed, including a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. the outdoor furniture and picnic area were perfect for relaxing in the garden. The host was incredibly accommodating, providing clear communication and quick responses to any questions we had. the property was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Modern house in Birmingham for a city break or weekend getaway.
